A little town's worth of flavor
Mi Pueblito means “my little town,” and that's the feeling we set out to serve when we opened our doors in Caldwell in 2017 — the breakfasts and home cooking of Mexico and Guatemala, made the way family makes it.
Everything starts fresh in the morning: salsas ground in-house, beans simmered slow, masa toasted to order. From huevos rancheros to a full Desayuno Chapín with fried plantains, it's the table we'd set for our own.
